Fragile. Of course.

Of course glassware is tricky to send via mail and I had doubts of its success but the glasses I wanted couldn't be picked up in store so I went with the shipping and upon arrival I found that one of the glasses was broken. I tried the AI customer service with o success ( just annoyance) so debating if I want to make the trip to the store or just have one less glass.

This is a reasonably priced set of glasses for general household use. There are 8 larger ones and 8 smaller ones. They have heavier-weighted bottoms for some security in not tipping over.
