Horrible- Broken glass - cut finger

The glasses are broken and I cut my finger. There’s glass all over the inside of the box which I had other items I have to return the entire box due to the glass. I have to say that I’m shocked that you didn’t pack a set of glasses better than you did.

Broken glassware

16 piece glass set looked good online so I ordered them. When I received the package, i found 4 broken glasses along eith shards of glass throughout the package. I contacted Macy's online. They wanted me to return the package! Seriously? They are shipping me another set. I am not optimistic that these will arrive intact.

Happy with these glasses. Came packed well, nothing broken. They have a good weight to them and feel high quality. There are some imperfections/variations from glass to glass (which might be part of the design intent) but it doesn't bother me and gives them a little more rustic feel.

It’s the second time I purchase this item. Unfortunately as soon as I saw the condition of the box I knew it would be broken. The box was not labeled as fragile. Of course the glasses were broken.
