DISASTER
THE DISHES ARE ALL BROKEN! THE BOX WAS NOT MARKED FRAGILE! NO BUBBLE OR PROTECTING WRAPPING! I DIDN'T EVEN OPEN THE BOX FOR FEAR OF CUTTING MYSELF. THE SOUND IS PROOF ENOUGH OF BROKEN GLASS!!
Anchor Hocking For The Win
I’m extremely pleased with the 20 piece Anchor Hocking glass storage containers I purchased from Macy’s. They came as advertised, and the steep discount in the purchase price didn’t hurt.
Missing parts
Two out of ten items were missing only the lids came.
You Need to Find Better Packing Staff
I didn't even have a chance to try this item; like others reported, it arrived broken, but no wonder, since the Anchor Hocking box was tossed in a MUCH larger box with next to no packing materials. No markings on the outside box indicating something fragile was inside, so the poor delivery person doesn't stand a chance, and I don't blame them. It's just sad to treat merchandise so casually and thus wastefully. Gotta return it now.
Buy at Your Own Risk Lids Do Not Fit
Many of the lids won't go in the bowls even with force. The smallest bowl lids look like they came from a deli and are not airtight. It is also quite clear I was sent a return since the items were incorrectly packed. The bowls seem OK, but this was supposed to be a gift for a friend going through cancer treatment: she would never be able to get the lids on.
