Omission of gift message and gift wrap!

The products had good quality as expected. However there was no gift message included even though we provided one. Also, there was no gift wrapping even though we PAID for gift wrapping.

Arrived chipped

We needed particularly the middle size for Thanksgiving. They arrived 2 days before and the middle one arrived chipped in the handle. Didn't have time to return it. It was wrapped well but appeared to be too large of a box.

Very Disappointed

I am extremely upset, received my shipment in broken pieces. I would like to file a complaint and get my money back. I have proof. Who do I reach in this situation.
