Pretty skirt but disappointed with the fit.

The skirt was very pretty but I had to return it. The skirt ran much smaller than other skirts I've bought in the same size. It was tight and not comfortable. The picture shows a skirt that is much fuller and somewhat flowing. It was a considerably straighter skirt and not fuller like I thought it would be, even if it had fit. Now the fabric was very nice and the colors were so vibrant. I truly wish it had fit since it really is very petty. I was disappointed it didn't work.
