I am a regular 8. I ordered an 8, the shoes was too big. I went to Burlington and found the same shoes, I tried the 7.5 it was too big as well. I tried the 7, it hurts.

Great Dress Shoe

Anne Klein Bentley is a very nice shoe. I followed a recommendation to go up a half size. It provides more toe space. I have a narrow foot and the right shoe was too big. It felt like a person with a large foot had stretched the shoe or it was used for display. The left shoe fit fine. I ordered the suede and patent. The suede shoes had never been tried on and they fit fine.

Not true to size

Beautiful shoes and very comfortable. Unfortunately my size 7 was actually more like a 7.5. I would recommend these shoes with a note that they run about .5 size bigger than your actual shoe size.

Heel Bows Out and Uncomfortable

Shoe bows out at the heel. Also not comfortable... Anne Klein was my "go to" heel brand for comfort... not these.

Uncomfortable

I found the shoes hard, lumpy and uncomfortable as soon as I put them on. I checked to see if packaging material was left inside, but it was just how the shoe is made. I’ll definitely be returning them.
