Package still hasn’t come

I only placed this order on December 19th because Macys guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve. Otherwise I obviously wouldn’t have bothered placing an online order that close to Christmas. It’s Dec 28th and the package still has not come, the estimated delivery date is now the 30th, nowhere close to the promised 24th. Misleading customers by advertising “delivery by Dec 24th” just to get me to place my order is disappointing to say the least. Not to mention another order I placed with Macys back on December 10th with plenty of time before Christmas has also still not gotten here. So that’s 2 gifts that were not there on Christmas because I trusted Macys. Never again.

White . Very good and very comfortable Part 1 of 2

So, I do give this 5/5, I only returned it because beauty wise I don't seem to love love it, but that's my personal taste opinion, otherwise it's a very good shoe. Let me explain first off it IS comfortable 5/5! Perfection. It's well padded/coushioned, annnd when you walk the heels are not too lose that it flip-flops too loosely, it's still close to your foot thus making walking effortless and natural. I don't like sandal stilletos that are too loosen from the foot's grip - becuase that would other wise ask your toes to put in extra work to keep the shoe from falling off; but you will not have to experience that with these heels. Next, about comfort is that the straps of these heels are CORRECTLY and comfortably possitioned onto the heels that your pinky-toe does not have to ever get hooked into the straps; And NOR does the straps of these heel rub irritatingly on your toes. That's perfect! I DO RECOMMEND these heels 100%.

Do not fit well. No support and look cheap. I recharged by Macys too. Didn’t get the VIO as shown.
