Dead battery

This seems to be a theme with this watch that you receive it in the battery is dead. You would think they would’ve pulled the dial to keep the battery from running to save it. I’m gonna try to take mine in to see if they’ll replace the battery getting closer to Christmas to wait for another one and it seems if you get a second one the battery is possibly gonna be dead also.

Battery dead on arrival - the battery stopper on the crown was missing, and so the crown was pushed in. Also no user manual in the box

Disappointed

It’s a beautiful watch - if only it had arrived in working condition. Could be dead battery, but customer service said to return and they sent another. Second one arrived today. It doesn’t run either.

Stopped Working

I purchased this watch in September 2024 and the watch has stopped working after less than 1 year. The watch has not been damaged, it simply stopped. Neither the Macy's customer service chat bot nor the warranty phone line could get me the warranty information. I'm giving it 2 stars because I liked the watch for the short time that it worked.
