I placed the order and when it arrived it wasn't working, I placed another order and paid more for express shipping and when I received it it wasn't working

Stopped Working

I purchased this watch in September 2024 and the watch has stopped working after less than 1 year. The watch has not been damaged, it simply stopped. Neither the Macy's customer service chat bot nor the warranty phone line could get me the warranty information. I'm giving it 2 stars because I liked the watch for the short time that it worked.

Practical everyday watch.

Minute and hour hand are harder to read than some other watches but numbers are very clear. Color of dial and band very pretty.
