Order canceled but still available on website

If I could do zero stars I would. I bought the watch 3 weeks ago the delivery was postponed twice and now it’s cancelled but still listed for sale on the website. Crappy customer service when I spoke with rep who had no idea why it was cancelled.

I am confused. I ordered Anne Klein women's quartz casual silver watch NW-3307SVTT UPC086702764310. However, what I received is a Nine West watch. What is the reason. Is it bait and switch? Maybe someone can clarify this for me.
