Beautiful Anolon Accolade

This cookware is beautiful and has nice weight to it. The lids fit perfectly. I chose this set because my kitchen will soon have an induction cooktop and based on other reviews (plus my own research), I feel this will be the right set for me. I have owned Anolon cookware for many years, I take care of it, and the cookware has served me well. My current set is not induction compatible, so I am looking forward to trying the Accolade. I love the glass lids (I like to monitor my cooking without lifting the lids) and the thick, smooth bottoms should work well with induction. I will follow up with another review once I have evaluated this gorgeous set.

Set was not as pictured/ ordered

Per website, the set included 12 inch covered pan with helper handle. Set as delivered substituted smaller 10 inch covered pan without helper handle. Support ticket issued but after a month there has been no further contact and issue remains unresolved. Pans themselves are great.

1 word>> AWESOME!!

This is fabulous cookware. I am so happy that I spent extra money to get an awesome set of cookware that I know will last a long time. There are some other choices to use for induction. Honestly I was tossed between Anolon and another high-end company. My sister has induction on their yacht and at their house and she uses Anolon and recommended it. So if you’re on the fence about getting it, get off the fence, just take that leap and buy it. ** These are on the heavier side, but that is best to use on Induction stoves.
