Great Replacement!!

This skillet was purchased as a replacement for one that we literally wore out. It works just as well as the older one did when it was new 20 years ago.

It's Been A Great Pan!

I've probably had this pan for at least 12 or 13 years and it's definitely been a great addition to my kitchen. Even through some "abuse", it's held up. Alas, it's time to get another 12-incher. Not sure which one yet, but I'm sure it will be an Anolon.

I love tis Covered Pan and would buy this product again!

I used it to saute fresh chicken breast strips in red sauce and herbs with diced carrots, cut potatoes. It turned out delicious and everyone loved it! The pan is perfect to cook lots of different dishes.

Non stick coating peeled off

I have been using this pan for about 4-5 years. The other night, I was cooking some vegetables on medium heat and I noticed that the non stick coating was peeling off. I took the food out and there was a large 2"" tear in the coating. I pulled on it and it just came off like a sheet. I always cook with medium heat and treat my pans well. I have never put it in the oven. Considering that the non stick coating is made from toxic chemicals, I would not use these again with the risk of contaminating my food.

I bought this pan at a yard sale brand new still in wrapper. Had never heard of the brand before. She wanted 35 got it for 20. Love it and hope to find many more at yard sales. mj

Great product. Would buy.

I use this pan for so many things. I love that it has higher sides, it makes an aweaome wok. I also used it to make homemade pasta sauce. The only down side is the base is smaller, so there isn't as much surface area on the burner, so its hard to use as ""frying pan"".
