I love this pan. There is so much I can do with it. Never owned anything like it previously. I use it as a wok, a saute and (with a cover) for braising. Can cook multiple items in it, simultaneously.

Well designed
The pan is well designed with comfortable handle. the handle is proportional to the size of the pan. Light weight.
I can't cook in the kitchen without it
Another great stir fry pan from Anolon. Love the size, depth and flat bottom. It seems to be just right for almost any type of cooking. It can boil, stir fry, pan fry and steam with a lid. I have used it for almost anything. The non stick surface seems to be durable enough as well. But it does eventually show small scratches after some heavy uses. But compared with all other non-stick stir fry pans that I have used in the last 25 years, this one outlasted them all. I have really put some heavy use on the pan so I have no complain here. I would be more than glad to buy it again. The only down side I can think of is the lack of helper handle like the one I had before which is slightly different model (seems to be available here). The pan can be heavy to handle once it is filled full with food. It can be a big stress on the wrist. So it might need to be two hands operation sometimes.
