I love this Dutch Oven!

I love this Dutch Oven! It’s not extremely heavy & the handles are most comfortable! I cooked a tomato based dish & the clean up was so easy! It’s pretty, I served my entree directly from this Dutch oven! Very nice, wish I’d purchased it months ago!,

The pot cooks well and

The pot cooks well and burnt food comes of easily without having to scrape the pot. The lid doesn't appear to be sealed properly where the glass meets the metal. As a result, when steam condenses on it and it's placed upside down, the water leaks along the edges.

7-quart square Dutch oven

Well-constructed pan. I own a few other Analon pans and love them. This sized pan will be a great addition to my collection. The two handles really help in moving the pan from the counter to the stove to the oven and back again easily.

Lightweight, non stick, very cleanable.

The square shape allows more surface area to fry if you want to use this to fry things. Pouring out and draining is a breeze as well. Analon has such high quality NON STICK (truly) products
