Make sure you read the fine print

Was looking for a ceramic skillet, ended up buying a sauté pan that was more a wok.

Perfect Pan for Many Uses!

Unbelievable value for the price. A great pan that works well for browning meat, creating stir fry masterpieces, frying chicken, or a hundred other uses. Perfect size and depth. Definitely recommended, and a nice complement to the rest of our Anolon pots and pans.

disappointed

I was looking for a skillet to fry eggs. The tall rounded sides are not allowing the eggs to remain separate. The pan is amazingly flat with no wobble that sends eggs or oil to one side, the best i have in that aspect. I was looking for a skillet with low sides and this popped up on the website. Excellent quality product that exceeds expectations, just not the best tool for frying eggs.

Disappointed

I was disappointed because husband says my new pan can't be used with our induction cook top. I thought it would be compatible. I plan to take it to our summer residence which has an electric coil stove top.
