Excellent Pan!

The pan is really well designed! The cap and pan are shaped to work well together! They keep the smoky smell inside and even causes the resulting dish to have a very tasty and smoky scent. As with many good pans, this one would be a little heavy for people who don't have much arm or wrist strength.

BEST PAN ON THE MARKET

I was first exposed to Analon in 2009 with this pan (or one similar to it). It became time to replace it (yes, 15 yrs later and almost daily use) due to a spousal breakup (he won the pan!). What other pan could I get? There are none better. I use it almost every day, there is nothing you can't cook in it and get GREAT results !

Best Pan EVER

This is the best pan I’ve ever owned! I was using a different 12 inch pan, the Anolon frying pan and it was my go to until now. This pan has higher sides than most pans which really helps with not spilling sauces etc when stirring. I wish every pan was this perfect!
