It's the only knife I use at home. I cut everyhing

I use it daily for preparing just about anything for my family and grilling. I just wish was little bit heavier to weigh think it could handle larger pieces of meat cutting.

handle an issue

I am returning it because the blade edge is more slanted than a Santoku knife should be. The handle is round and if your hand is wet, it will be difficult to handle, too slippery. It is also heavy.
