Perfect cookware for induction cooktop!

This 4qt pot is perfect to complement the set of cookware I purchased for my new induction cooktop two years ago. Now all I need from Analon is a two burner griddle for an induction cooktop :).

A Perfect Pot!

This pot is a perfect size for smaller batches of numerous dishes. It is much lighter weight than a cast iron Dutch oven, but still does a great job. Of course, it has all the great features of the Nouvelle Copper series — a fine addition to my collection!

Analon copper bottom pans are great

I have used the copper bottom Analon pans for years with great satisfaction. I bought this pan to replace a Calphalon pan that seemed nice and heavy, but its non-stick coating didn't last very long.

I like it!

The 4 quart size Dutch Oven is the perfect size for so many recipes. The nonstick interior works quite well, making cleanups a snap. Now I definitely need a matching 6 quart pot to compliment my cooking desires. Anolon, you could do this so easily.

This one replaced out 3.5 quart from 2014. This is really nice, great weight. With metal handles, can put in oven too. Great size
