Love these pans!

Nice weight to these and they work wonderfully on my induction plate. Easy to clean and wipes off wet rag. Probably will add to the my collection of Anolon

Not what I thought

I ordered this set because I really wanted a 12” skillet in this series. The picture on the website of the bottom of the skillet clearly showed 12”. I am disappointed that I received a 10” skillet instead of a 12” skillet as part of the set. I am keeping the set because I really like the nouvelle copper line. I already had a 10” skillet and it’s the best nonstick I have ever used.

Returned

We wanted a 12in frypan. The only we could find to tell us what size the frypan was was to blow up a picture of the bottom, it said 12in -- but it wasn't! So it was returned. We are still waiting to hear that it was received.

Induction compatible!

I was so happy to find such nice non stick pans that are truly induction compatible. Unlike some others I’ve purchased, the heating plate covers the entire bottom of the pan ensuring even heating. I am very pleased with my purchase!

not as expected

The cookware is very good, excellent nonstick. The description does not state the pan size, the picture shows a 12" skillet, that is why I purchased because I needed a 12" skillet, It came with a 10" skillet, very disappointing, I still need a 12" skillet but spent my money on this set . Please send me a 12" Nouvelle copper sable skillet
