Sticking eggs

Not sure why my eggs are sticking in the new frying pan! Used oil in pan and cooking on low to medium heat. Any tips?

Amazing cookware

Is it the product or user error

Undecided. I notice after looking up the product that it’s best for induction or glass stove tops. Could this be the reason I cannot figure out these pans? They are gorgeous pan but I cannot seem to keep them from sticking around the edges.

Analon Novella Stainless Steel cookware

Would like to return the set. These are the worst frying pans I have ever used. Followed all directions and everything stuck to the frying pans. I boxed up the set and bought the Analon achieve nonstick 10 piece cookware. Absolutely love them. I would like to know how to return the stainless steel set. Thank you, Kathy Clements
