great quality and design

A nice set of knives. Described as Steak Knives, but are great for general cutting. Better than a paring knife because of the extra length. Good weight and distrution. Comfortable handles. Analon is a trusted name and quality. Good value for a set of four, especially on special.

Sharp But Light

I thought these would be better quality, but no. They are light, like pencil light or something, my butter knife probably weighs more than this knife. The blade part is not too sturdy, can bend a little if you push against it. It is pretty sharp though, I'll give it that...

Sharpest knives I have ever owned

Love all the Anolon products in this line so I ordered 2 sets of knives. WOW and be warned they are SHARP. They are of the best quality from the handle to the blade. But I did cut myself...just from it being in the dish pan and touching it slightly.
