Well-fitting lid

This lid was purchased separately and it fits perfectly on the 12" Anolon Hybrid Frying Pan. It seems to be of great heavy quality. User must be aware of instructions regarding maximum oven temperature, because lid and frying pan have different maximums.

Poor fit

Bought as replacement for 12 inch anolon, I guess stock pot. It's off by 1/2 cm so it constantly slips down. It's seals. enough to cook. Also, the hand gets hot. The original. handle. did not. Really disappointed because I've been singing Anolon praises since i purchased a set last year.

12 Inch Analon X Glass Replacement LId

The 12 inch lid is great. The only thing I would like to see added to it is a vent hole. That way the food can release steam.

12 in pan and glass lid

Really easy to use. Easy to clean. Heavier than I expected, though. Have always loved cooking with cast iron. Plan on buying more.
