RO Quick90

Poor design (water lines and cheap bracket pieces) makes for difficult (messy) filter changes. The system frequently 'burps' with vibrations from trapped air.

Convenient filter set. Excellent instructions

This was first time to replace these 2 filters in our new (6-mo old) RO system. It took a little studying of diagram included to identify the first filter (one connected to water supply) and then the second connected just after it. Easy to change without tools except screwdriver to remove tiny red locking clips but simple change of lines.

One of a kind

I have been using the over the counter system for a couple years now. The system is great for small spaces & dose take very small counter top space. The water tastes great and the RO dose a great job at removing toxins and sediment. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this product. Thank you Apec Water.

well made

Replaced inlet filters after six months use. Installation was easy. After removal, cut end off old sediment filter to check for contamination by water supply. Filter element was clean so I will switch to a 12 month replacement cycle. Filters are well made

easy to install

product does include the install instruction and very easy to install by using the instruction. The water quality before replacement was 35 after 6 months used. after replacement back to 7.8 compare the original water quality 3.5(after first filtered). Dropping from 350 to 7.5 still very effective.

APEC is great, FedEx dropped the ball

I purchased the replacement prefilters after a local boil water notice expired just to be on the safe side. I paid extra for two day shipping, APEC got the filters out that day to FedEx, unfortunately, FedEx took 14 days to get them to me. As far as the filters go, replacement was straight forward, though the horizontal mounting of these initially trap air inside them and can make some concerning noises. I partially emptied my storage tank so the filter would start flowing and held the filter assembly vertical and that seemed to purge the air through.
