Disappointed - Do Not Purchase

I should have listened to the reviews about not purchasing this item. When I took the item out of the black velvet bag, it was obvious that the chain was all knotted and twisted. I didn’t even attempt to untangle it for fear of breaking the fragile looking chain. The size of the aquamarine gemstone was great but it was colorless, didn’t even look like aquamarine. Disappointed! Sending back asap!

Necklace Lack Luster

I was happy with the necklace itself, but was a little angry at the way it arrived, especially at this price point. I paid for the gift packaging, it was just in a brown cardboard bag. The necklace should’ve been in a jewelry box rather than a plastic bag with a hole in it. The necklace also arrived tangled in a mess so my wife had to sit and untangle it before trying it on.
