No Quality Control

I ordered these three times and each pair the post was so bent or damaged that they could not be fixed. If they were fixed the post would break. If Macy's had reviewed them before sending them out, maybe I would have been able to get a pair to match my necklace but instead I do not have a matching set :( They are truly beautiful but quality control is such a big part of business, it is sad to see this stuff being ignored. I returned all three I purchased.
