Pretty but uncomfortable

These earrings are very pretty,but like some of the other reviews mentioned, the backs do not hold the earring on very well and I can not to a chance of wearing them to work and losing one. Also the post are too long and hurt the back of your head while holding a phone. I will exchange for a different style.
