I ordered 2 full/Queen I received 2 twin

I ordered 2 full/Queen I received 2 twin and 1 full/queen when I ordered 2 full/queen sizes. I did not get a receipt in box when mailed to me to return items. I was also told the promotion was over and could not exchange for correct size at the promotion price. Poor customer service
