Uniform Cooking Lightweight Stainless Steel Set

Lightweight stainless steel frying pan set with a good range of sizes ranging from 8 in (20.32 cm), 9 in (22.86 cm) and 11 in (27.94 cm) I've had for about 2 months and have fried Bacon in the smallest pan to using the largest pan for a spicy tomato base rice dish that can hold up to 1.75 cups (420ml) of water with a cup (240ml) of rice. Cooks evenly. I've used in the oven a few times with no issues, it's advertised as oven safe and it is. USE OVER MITTS to remove from the oven. I used in my dishwasher (rated dishwasher safe) on the highest setting and it came out just fine although I had to use a lil elbow grease and a soft cloth to remove some baked in food and it's spotless. Definitely dry with a cloth after washing. I recommend getting a lids if You plan to use for dishes that need to be covered and if ya don't already have them. Set doesn't advertise that it comes with lids and it doesn't. I recommend this set.

Frying pan

So far I’ve used only the 8-inch pan. It works well. Food doesn’t stick but that’s because I only use medium heat as per instructions. So I believe the other two will work well also.

keep looking, you don't want this

arrived bent because it was packed with brown paper in a large box. sides are very thin and gets hot from the flame causing the oil to burn and food to stick
