Nice but peeling on the back

They look really nice and are confortable but after wearing one time the “leather” is peeling in the back. Very disappointing

Never Arrived

Got email saying it's delayed. And then another email that it's being returned and refunded! I never requested a return. Called customer service and they were as confused as I am. Disappointing.
