2 completely different colors

I bought this shoes as a gift and once I got home realized they are completely different shades of brown. Looked it up online and they sell 2 different shades and I got one of each! I think they mislabeled some shoes because color isn’t faded but completely different shades of brown. Now I have to go back and replace one of them and I don’t even know if store will be helpful because I bought it as “Last act” sale and shoe stickers say the same color and size on them! I’m just hoping they will be helpful and understanding or I might need to call customer service and try to resolve this

Disappointed

The color of each shoe does not match. I assume one was a display one because it didn't have the stuffing in the shoe. I put them on for work and my coworker noticed there was a difference.
