Aria Air fryer

Overall I really like this air fryer.Food cooks well, easy to operate. I wish you could turn down the beep sounds, very loud (my dog does not like it). I bought this air fryer because it is teflon free, non toxic ceramic, pfoa, ptfe, and bpa free, I had a hard time finding air fryers that offer this. The second one I bought was missing items, no cookbook, two tier rack, 4 skewers, or baking pan. Macy's did offer me to ship it back and they would ship a new one, or to give some money off. I am giving it 4 stars because the Aria company has terrible customer service! When I try to contact them with questions, you cannot call, they say to text but they never get back to you. I text them so many times with no response back. I also sent an email and never got a response back.
