Not the size descriptor

It’s very soft and I like it but it’s not the size listed. It’s only 28 by 20, not 35 by 22 and my dog is too big. Tried calling customer service to see if I was just sent a different size. I’d like to have one that’s rt size for my lab and it would easily be a 5 star item.
