Oh my goodness, these are the best NON-stick cookie sheets. Everything just slides right off. No staining, no sticking. I do however wish they were a bit larger.

Poor quality

Initially, I thought these were a great find for the price. I baked on one of the pieces once it was stained and I could not get it clean. I am not sure what the coating is on them but feel that it was not safe to cooke with. I didn't even bother to try to return them, I gave them to good will. They are a one use item.
