Disappointed

I want to provide honest feedback regarding my recent order. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, which was very disappointing considering the purchase value of $500. The return process has been frustrating and inefficient. Despite three UPS pickup attempts, only the head of the frame was collected, and the rest of the item remains at my home. There has been no refund issued yet, and UPS has not shown up to complete the pickup as promised. This experience has been very inconvenient and unsatisfactory. I hope the company can improve their handling of returns and customer service to prevent similar issues in the future.
