Gel-Nimbus 24

The shoe is quality made but the difference between the Gel-Nimbus 23 and 24 models is drastic. I have purchased and worn several pairs of the 23 model and loved the shoe but was disappointed in the performance of the 24 model. I have experienced consistent foot fatigue from the padding with this model that I don’t experience in the 23. Switching back and forth between the two models even on runs during the same week is noticeable. I was considering purchasing one of the newer models (25 or 26) also but am concerned it may have similar qualities. Very unfortunate since I loved the older Gel-Nimbus models.

Soon not available? I had to get a second pair…

A little cheating here…I already own a pair, but I liked them so much, I wanted to get a second pair when I found out they were going to be discontinued. These are shoes that take the pounding out of my feet, legs, & back. Form to my feet, but allow my feet to breathe.

Comfortable... yes. Made well... no.

Feel comfortable. But the construction leaves much to be desired. The glue that connects the shoe to the sole is already showing signs of structure problems. And I haven't even ran or gone linger than 10 miles in them. Seems like over the years that the workmanship has gone down. Great that they are mesh, ventilated, and nice looking from a little away. But you all have to get better at making a structurally sound shoe and stiffle the wish to save money by mass (not good) construction.
