Quality rocker chairs

The steel frame of the chairs are very sturdy. The cushions are very thick and made well (I ordered the pearl white color cushion and they look very nice with the chocolate brown chair frame). The rocker chairs are very comfortable and I am enjoying them. I also ordered the matching side table which is also very nice.

Nice size table

Nice size table … fits a standard size serving tray so I can bring breakfast plate, coffee, etc and still have room on the table. Very sturdy table and looks nice with the two matching rocker chairs.

Watch out

I ordered this on line on a really great sale - I thought. Checking my order it seems they charge extra for the cushions - but description indicates it's a sofa and would lead one to believe it comes with cushions. I canceled my order for the sofa "frame"and a table - and 6 cushions! Just be honest about extra charges for cushions please. I will purchase a set that includes all that I need in the retail price. I'm a disappointed and long time Macy's customer.

This is such quality, comfortable furniture. Much nicer than most I've seen. Great price, too. It transformed our screened porch and now my family uses it a lot more.

It’s been almost a month and I haven’t heard anything back about outdoor table I ordered.

Supervisors refuse to keep word

It took three times and arguing with Macy’s before I received everything I ordered. The first time Macy’s warehouse loaded and delivered my chairs without any hardware. Unbeknownst to me at that time, after the chairs were returned to the warehouse in Charlotte, only one was returned to Atlanta and the other chair said it was delivered to me. After the warehouse successfully messed up my order so bad that the second delivery only gave me cushions for one chair, I finally was able to talk with a supervisor. After hours of arguing with what got delivered and what wasn’t been delivered, I told the supervisor that the warehouse just needed to look at the photos the first delivery man took to see what I actually received. I finally got my chairs. The supervisor I spoke with to get everything promised I ordered, told me she would send me a $200 Visa gift card for the problems I had with Macy’s and would call me the next day after my delivery to make sure I got everything I was suppose to.
