Like the product, but with caveats

I like the product so far. I extremely dislike the incomplete information on how to adjust the settings. When I called Asus, we told there were no videos on how to work the little buttons on the bottom. This was almost a deal breaker. You would think there would be a user-friendly information guide (the download manual was little help) and more user-friendly buttons. Like working on a car and having to fiddle with parts you can't even see and barely manipulate.

Nice Monitor

I purchased two of these monitors to use with micro computers as retail point of sale displays. The size is great and the touch screen functions nicely. I will say I had a really hard time getting the touch to work at first because I didn't understand that you have to use both an HDMI cable (for video) and the other USB cable for the touch. I took a star off (in my head) because it took me two days to figure that out (it certainly wasn't clear in the instructions), but I added a star back because the online chat with Asus was helpful in figuring that out.
