Avanti coastal terrazzo tissue box cover

This is beautiful but do not buy it from Macy's. I love Macy's but the way it is being packaged is terrible. The box is not that heavy, the item is a heavy ceramic and the styrofoam packing literally is crumbled and broken along with the item. I returned one reordered and this one had the same issue with cracks in the sides from the corners radiating down and across. All because of packing. I am getting a full refund but I am annoyed at having to make another trip to return this to UPS due to carelessness
