Items shipped via UPS still have not arrived.

Have not received the items. They were supposed to have been delivered 7/12/25 and today is 7/16/25. I called Macy’s and apparently it will now be delivered on 7/21/25. This items were shipped via UPS. The tracking number shows the items arrived at the UPS in Hialeah on 7/12/25 but have not been delivered. All 6 items were ordered on 7/8/25. Long time to deliver bus UPS purchased 7/8/25 to be delivered on 7/21/25.
