Caught off guard....but not angered..

The perfume viles were mostly half full. About half of them were mearly full. I am not sure why this was the case. I eas alittle dissappinted at this. The packaging and presentation was great. I ordered these small sizes because i am in the market to buy several different kinds of cologne. This will help me in deciding which fragrances goes well with my body chemistry.

Disappointed in a leading retailer

Disappointed. All of the little bottles were only a third filled, as if they had been used. I spoke to customer service and she informed me that I could send it back in for a refund or they could mail a new one. I am a first responder and my schedule does not allow me to go to the post office during regular business hours, so returning is a huge inconvenience especially since the bottles were practically empty any. They told me they actually were now out of stock, refunded me, but still want me to return the item. I guess I may not get my refund since I will not be returning.

Some empty, many of sprays don’t work

Some of the fragrances were empty. Many of the spray mechanisms do not work, so you must take the top off and just pour it on. As my husband only tried one every few days, when I called Macy’s about the problem, it was past the refund or return time. We thought this would be a nice way to try several different fragrances, but that was not the case
