zipper gets stuck halfway

tried this dress in 2 different sizes and zipper gets stuck halfway doesnt let it zip up

Nice Dress, Poor Quality Fabric

The gown looks really nice on but the fabric is thin and shows any watermarks or sweat really easily. If you spill any drop of liquid on you, it's very visible and takes a while to dry.
