Can’t Get an Order Right

I just received, for the third time, the wrong color trousers that go with the suit separates that I purchased. The suit is navy blue. And each time I’ve been sent pants that are NOT navy blue but a navy plaid. Wrong color. Three consecutive times. I currently have no confidence in Macy’s ability to fulfill an online order correctly. I even spent an hour chatting with customer service. I was assured they would get this right. Not so.

Navy not as advertised

The navy pants have a pronounced ( and in my opinion unattractive) red square pattern that was not disclosed. I like the fit and feel but not sure I will keep them.
