HORRIBLE SHAME ON MACYS

The dress was received DIRTY!!!!! Someone had to wear the dress and return it. Shame on MACYS for not expecting the item before shipping! It was in a horrible condition!

I love it! It is a little tight on the waist but that is because I have wide ribs. I am 160 and order a 9/10 for reference
