Chic yet Elegant

I could not believe that I bought this elegant dress for the price! My daughter is getting married, and it's a black-tie event, and this is absolutely perfect. I ordered up because sometimes evening dresses run a little small, and I'm so glad that I did because it skims my curves and make me look like an elegant mother of the bride!

ELEGANT

This gown was wonderfully put together. The sequins were strategically placed that when looking at the gown from a distance it looks as if it sparkles. I would literally but this gown in every color if you had it.

Perfect for my occasion, on clearance

Going to a girl's weekend and we are dressing up. This dress fit my plus size body highlighting all the right curves. The sequins will shed a little but that's ok, on clearance and only meant to be worn a few times.

Very Nice fit and comfy to wear. I am plus sized so I had proper undergarments to ensure everything was in place.

Horrible refund policy and process

I ordered this a few days ago and got it canceled the same day. I found another dress for pick up same day. Thank gosh! So, they sent a request for a refund because it was 30 min after, not 15 min after ordering, I canceled it. After a few days I called because no one called and updated me. They told me it was approved for a cancel and refund. I still don't have my money back! I was out of a job for 6 months! I have bills that are late. This is the biggest inconvenience ever!!! They then advised me it would take 7 days for a refund. Where is my money then?! It was approved and never received the dress. I spoke to so many people but no resolution!!! I need my money back ASAP!!! I even called my bank to dispute it but, it's just sitting there pending. So, they can't do anything about it. I am heated and will never order online ever again!!!!
