Commendation - Rosa (277-1002-3623)

I would like to take a moment to commend one of your team members, Rosa for providing exceptional customer service during my visit to your Bolingbrook Macy's store on 10/22. From the moment I approached the register, Rosa was courteous and friendly. Rosa listened intently to my comment about not finding the right gift bag and tissue paper for the gifts I was buying - a beautiful baby blanket and toy. Rosa took immediate action and went to the storage room to find exactly what I was looking for. It was clear that Rosa takes great pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. Encounters like this are the reason I continue to shop at Macy’s. Please extend my appreciation to Rosa for representing the Macy's brand so positively.
