Exclusively Pumped for 2 Yrs W/ This Product

I can’t rave about this pump more. I exclusively pumped for 2 yrs with these pumps. I only had to replace one of them during that time and it was under warranty (and a super easy process). These pumps are so comfortable AND convenient and allowed me to supply my 2 under 2 with breast milk after being unable to breast feed. Willow frequently has great sales allowing me to get replacement accessories on sale to help with the cost of replacing parts every 90 days. I HIGHLY recommend these pumps to every momma.

WORST PUMP

DO NOT GET THIS PUMP. Do not waste your money or time on this. I haven’t even used it for 2 months and it’s having issues. Struggling to pump. Constantly glitching. I have to smack it to make it pump again. The motor sucks on the left side and they sent me a new one which also doesn’t work. Save your money go get a momcozy instead. This pump is absolutely trash and I wish I didn’t spend a dime on it.

Don’t Get!

If you want a breast pump that will continue to work don’t buy this one. I’ve had mine for less than 3 months and one pump stops working while in the middle of a session. Spent 40 minutes with support just for them to run me around in a circle and say to restart it. Fixed the problem for about 2 whole minutes.

Convenient, but not great as a primary pump

I bought this as my primary pump and I like it when it decides to work, but it is very touchy and I've had a lot of issues with it. It needs to be at a full charge to work properly, so I need to charge it after every use. It can also be very leaky if you're moving around while using it. Overall it is a convenient option, but I wouldn't recommend as your primary pump.

Horrible

Product is horrible. This is the 3rd time in 6 months I’ve had to have a motor replaced.

Very Unreliable Pump

The must unreliable pumps ever. So finicky and everything has to be perfectly in place to even remotely work. A few times I have gotten a decent output but 90% of the time, it's minimal and I have to mess with them for 20 minutes to make sure they work. The battery life is very unreliable too. This is not my primary pump - I got it thinking it would be easier to use while at the office but I just end up bringing my Spectra still everyday. The times I do bring my Willow Go hoping it will work better… I am always disappointed. I would not recommend them.

Love so far

So I've only had 10 pump sessions with it so far, but I really enjoy it. I like that i can pump and hold baby, or be productive with my other two toddlers. You do have to be careful about spillage, if you have to bend down I recommend stopping your pump session remove the pumps then bend down. I also recommend on having a pumping bra that you trust to hold the pump in place, especially if you are moving around a lot. Other than that I love how the pump can actually empty me, and I enjoy the app, even though I dont always use it. But if you are wanting to keep track of your supply with the app make sure you start the pumps through the app. I use a different app to track my breastfeeding and pumping so I usually just start the pump without the app, but I can still control the speed and cycle through the app.

Design defect

While I do think the Willow Go is a good pump and suction is good - there is clearly a design defect with the collection cup latch and release button. The release button is very hard to press in all the way, so when the collection cups are pulled off they bump the latch which ends up breaking the plastic around the latch. While the pumps do still work while the broken pieces, it make the battery that more susceptible to water damage which is not covered in the warranty. I’ve submitted warranty claims over this back when I first started using these pumps 2 years ago and I’m a little disappointed there’s hasn’t been a modification made to the design.
