Displease with delivery

I’m reaching out regarding my recent order, which is marked as delivered, but I did not receive the merchandise. I’m very disappointed, especially considering this was a high-value purchase. The delivery was completed without a signature request, and my Ring app shows no activity or delivery at the time the package was reportedly delivered.
