Perfect size
I have had a baggalini bag for a few years and knew of their great quality, but I was ready for a new one. This one is a great size and has nice features like a hook on the strap for your keys and the little zipper pouch inside. The only thing I wish it had is an adjustable strap. Its long enough to be a cross body, but sometimes I would like to tighten it up to carry on one shoulder close to my body.

Nice Size
After searching different styles and sizes of bags I thought I had found the perfect bag in the Zurich Medium Hobo Tote. The size is perfect for my needs. But .... the zip opening is so tight I am continually scraping my knuckles on the metal zipper. Since raw skin is not my thing, unfortunately I am returning this bag.

Not up to expectations.
I've had numerous Baggallini bags over the years, and I loved every one of them! The one I use most -- apparently no longer made -- has been a gem, but even it can't last forever, and the lining of one of the pockets is beginning to wear out. I thought the Zurich bag would be a good replacement, but sadly, I've sent it back. The outer and inner fabrics, and the strap and attachments, just aren't up to the quality of my other Baggallinis. Bummer. You might say " but, for that price...", and I was tempted to keep it as a bargain. But I'd have been constantly noticing its "shortcomings", so ... Maybe another bag will come along that I'll fall in love with.

nice bag
This is a nice bag but was smaller than I expected. The shoulder straps slip off easily as they are too thin. The bag itself is quite nice. i like the wallet that is included. However, it is too small for my needs, so i returned it.
