Issues with straps

I kept the bra because it fit, threw away packaging and invoice. After wearing it for a couple weeks and washing it once, one of the straps falls off my shoulder (no way to adjust) and both straps curl up and won’t stay smooth on your shoulder, which digs into your skin. I’ll need to throw them away I’m afraid.
