Do not buy this product

The garland looks extremely fake. The lights on the Garland are so dim, no matter if you have new batteries or not. Very disappointed based on the price.

Defective tree

There is an 8" bald section which runs around the entire tree. There are literally no branches there, just the trunk which is weirdly tilted.

Great product

The BH Balsam Fir garland is beautiful just like the Balsam Fir tree, they match perfectly. So happy we purchased them both. Unfortunately the shipping leaves a lot to be desired.

Beautiful garland

I bought this pre-lit garland to go over my kitchen window. The quality is exceptional. Such a realistic look, and with the battery powered lights, so easy to use. I already own 3 Balsam Hill Christmas trees, so I didn't hesitate to buy from Balsam Hill again.

Two faulty garlands

Very disappointed with the garland. The first one we received, the one strand of lights did not work. We ordered a replacement one and only half of the lights worked. Such a shame for an alleged quality inexpensive item. Balsam Hill did make it right immediately but still disappointing none the less.
