I sent a link for this tree to my daughter

My kids are older but still hate fake trees, but this looked so real it fooled my daughter. With no watering, no mess and at the price for trees that were cut a month ago it pays for itself in a couple years!!! This tree changed her thinking!

I really enjoyed how easy it was to put the tree up, fluff and plug in and have lights. But I did miss having some colored lights, so I added in Balsam hill red, green and white cherry lights. Now I can have either or both.

I would not buy this again. It looks nothing like the photo

I have to say I'm so disappointed. The photo looks nothing like what I received. I don't really like online shopping as you really cannot see what you're really getting and this just reinforces my opinion. I really thought that buying from Balsam Hill would be a sure bet. Not true. I'm not a returner so I'll live with it but I'm not happy ??

I would not purchase again. Online pics were misleading.

Steps are mis-numbered in assembly instructions. Bottom 2 sections of the tree have foil/tinsel woven in the branches and trunk. Top section does not. Looks odd. Did not see any metallic in pic prior to purchase

Lovely tree.

Your website is easy to use. It was good to be able to search for just narrow trees Our only complaint is the two small branch tips that fell off while fluffing. We did not tug hard they just separated.

Beautiful and Realistic Looking Tree

I love my new Balsam Hill Tree. It arrived on time and was easy to set up. Having the lights built into the tree makes decorating the tree so much easier and quicker. Everyone that has seen it comments that it is a beautiful tree and that it looks so real. I recommend this tree to others.

Looks good, good quality, couple minor complaints

There are no female plugs in the string of lights like other brands have (for lighted tree toppers or anything else that might require power). This isn't the end of the world, but fresh out of the box there were a few branch tips that came broken off. It's not noticeable when the tree is fluffed (can't even find where they belong), so I gave the tree 5 stars. The lack of plugs is something I could have researched beforehand, and it's not a deal breaker to have to run a short extension cord for my star on top. The build quality, ease of setup, storage bag, etc all seem to be very good quality and it looks more real than other brands I've owned.
